During this period, cold, dry, and mobile energy becomes dominant. In other words: we feel cold, our skin dries out, our hair gets static, and our nerves tend to get a little overstimulated.<\/p>\n\n<p>But the good news is that according to Ayurveda, there\u2019s a remedy for everything.
