Back massage
Swedish massage is one of the most widespread types of massage in Europe. This is the basis of therapeutic massage and sports massage, as well as segment massage, which use the techniques of Swedish massage. The classic Swedish massage consists of five basic techniques, and these are:

– to promote the absorption of edemas,
– blood circulation disorders and last but not least
– it can also be carried out preventively.
In addition to musculoskeletal diseases, massage can also be used with good effect in traumatological and neurological diseases.
